CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
-Customers must ensure correct sizing before ordering.
-I am not is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered.
-I am not liable for misuse or damage after delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
-Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
-Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
CANCELLATIONS

-Orders may be canceled before they have been processed. Typically within 3-5 hours of having placed the order.
-Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
SHIPPING
-Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
-Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
-Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
-I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or packages held at the post office.
RETURNS
-Due to the nature of press-on nails and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
-Returns on press-on nails and other items are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
-If an item is damaged or defective, contact customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
REFUNDS

-Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or defective items.
-Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
